Kevin Spacey’s former Baltimore home just got a new discount
Kevin Spacey’s former Baltimore condo can’t seem to find another gig.
The spacious property listed in February months after the actor lost the home to foreclosure. Its initial $6 million price tag — an ambitious ask for Baltimore real estate — failed to attract a buyer, and millions of dollars of price cuts have followed.

This week saw the five-story property’s third discount since February, this time totaling more than $300,000. Now asking $4.19 million, the abode offers a range of luxury amenities and some of the best views in town. That price also makes this home one of the priciest now for sale in Baltimore.
The recent price cut comes less than two months after the condo was offered up for rent at $35,000, Realtor.com reported.
Spacey is understood to have shelled out $5.65 million for the Baltimore property in early 2017. His hit Netflix drama “House of Cards,” which filed in the city, ended in 2018 as Spacey was beset by allegations of sexual misconduct from multiple men.
Spacey denied the allegations. A United States Jury dismissed a lawsuit against him in 2022 and a UK court found him not guilty of multiple charges in 2023. Spacey was ordered to cough up $31 million in 2021 to the studio behind “House of Cards” for breaching its sexual harassment policy.
His time in court didn’t end there, however.
Spacey vacated his 9,000-square-foot home after a bitter legal battle in 2024. Beset by legal bills, the actor fell behind on payments and lost the property in a minutes-long foreclosure auction to real estate investor Sam Asgari. A legal battle ensued between the two men, in which Spacey allegedly demanded a $100,000 payment before giving up his Harbor views.
The massive home made a splash months later when it listed for $5.99 million. Its listing representative, Compass broker Sam Sheibani, told the Baltimore Banner at the time that he expected the home to attract a local executive, or even Baltimore Orioles owner David Rubenstein.
The massive condo sits in a gated community along Baltimore’s Inner Harbor area, a popular tourist destination and home to some of Baltimore’s most attractive real estate.
The five-story home includes six beds and nine baths. Luxury amenities include a chef’s kitchen, a nine-seat home theater, a personal sauna, a glass-paneled elevator and a sprawling deck. The condo’s panoramic windows and location at the end of a pier give the illusion of living over the water’s edge.
The listing’s massive size and prime location haven’t been enough to draw in a new buyer, however.
The first big price cut, totaling $1 million, arrived in April, followed by a roughly $500,000 discount six weeks later.
Sheibani could not be reached for comment by press time.
