“I think I haven’t known what I’ve wanted super much. I think I’m always in survival mode of what’s next, how am I gonna survive and advance, that’s a life thing,” Adams told hosts Will Compton and Taylor Lewan.

“I’m very happy with where I am, I’m settled, I’m a little more calm, like I feel a little more able to be there for someone else, I feel that’s where I am. Dating’s funny though, you know?”
Adams, a self-professed “relationship girl,” was then quizzed about her ideal first date, which she described as a “cozy dinner” planned and paid for by her partner.
“The truth is, I have realized that I have very little experience dating,” Adams said. “… By the time that you are so persistent, that I’m on a first date with you, we’re already in love, you’re my boyfriend and we are consummating — not physically — this works. … In all my relationships, it’s the first date is just like yep, now it begins.”
As for the qualities that Adams looks for in a potential suitor, intelligence and wit would impress on a first date, but “banter” and “loyalty” are big keys to her heart.

“There’s nothing better than banter, and I have that with so few people, but I would say the loyalty. I need to feel secure. I need somebody who makes me feel secure. So loyalty is more important than anything. And I’m a very loyal person,” she said.
This isn’t the first time details about Adams’ romantic life have spurred headlines.
Last September, the 39-year-old sportscaster pushed back on rumors she was involved with then-Giants quarterback Daniel Jones.
“I’m not dating Daniel Jones — breaking, breaking news — I’ve met him all of two times, wish him the best,” Adams said on “The 25/10 Show.”
Jones, 28, is now enjoying a career resurgence with the 8-2 Colts.
