Kamala Harris goes on expletive-laden rant about Trump’s donation-funded ballroom during interview with Jon Stewart



Former Vice President Kamala Harris attacked President Trump in a foul-mouth rant — as she melted down over his White House ballroom renovations.

“Are you f‑‑king kidding me?” Harris raged on Jon Stewart’s “The Weekly Show” podcast on Thursday as she accused Trump of prioritizing the renovations despite the government shutdown threatening the distribution of food aid benefits.

“This guy wants to create a ballroom for his rich friends while completely turning a blind eye to the fact that babies are going to starve when the SNAP benefits end in just hours from now. Come on.”

“I’m not going to be distracted by, ‘Oh, does the guy have a big f–king hammer!?’ What about those babies!?” she added.

Harris launched into the unhinged rant after being asked if flailing Democrats could learn something from Trump’s bulldozer-style approach to running the government.

“It’s important we not conflate disruption with destruction,” she argued.

Trump’s ballroom project has become a lightning rod of Democratic-led criticism of late.

The White House has said the expansion, which has an estimated $300 million price tag, is being financed entirely by private donors.

Meanwhile, it was Senate Democrats who voted for the 13th time Tuesday to keep the federal government shut — as Senate Majority Leader John Thune told The Post there was an easy fix to ensure millions of Americans won’t lose access to SNAP program food payments.

“The simplest way to end it and the simplest way to make sure that people are getting the food assistance they need is to pick up the bill and give us five votes,” Thune (R-SD) said Tuesday, shortly before the Senate failed to reopen the government in a 54-45 vote.
