Joe Gorga is willing to ‘forgive’ Teresa Giudice — under one condition

Joe Gorga is willing to “forgive” his estranged sister, Teresa Giudice, and “move forward” under one condition.

“If I sit down with her, and I hear her out, it has to be very humble. It has to come from a humble place,” Gorga, 51, said on Tuesday’s episode of “The Eds” podcast.

“It has to be real. It has to be, ‘I made mistakes.’ And [then] we can move forward.”

Confirming that the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star did text him asking to meet up, Joe — whose wife, Melissa Gorga, is also on the Bravo reality show — insisted that he’d “like to hear her out” and “see what she has to say.”

Joe explained to hosts Eddie Judge and Edwin Arroyave that he’s not the type of person to hold a grudge — so long as there is accountability.

“You can hurt me, but as long as you apologize, I accept it,” he shared, referring to himself as a “pushover.”

He added that he’s “not the guy that’s gonna turn his back on anyone no matter what they did” to him because he feels a responsibility to be an “example.”

“If no one made up, there’d be no ceasefire, ever,” Joe argued. “You have to make up. You have to move on.”

The real estate developer called all the fighting among his family “nonsense,” wondering, “For what? There’s no reason.”

He told Judge and Arroyave he “never wanted to argue” with his big sister and that it was “not [his] intention.”

Last month, Giudice, 53, hinted to Jeff Lewis that she was open to possibly reconciling with her brother and sister-in-law.

The olive branch came as a shock to Joe, who told the Eds that it “took [him] a minute” to process it.

However, he insisted, “I’m not the type [to say], ‘I never wanna speak ever again.’ Trust me, she’s done some horrific things to me, but it’s OK. It’s OK. We forgive.”

As for Melissa, she previously reacted to the olive branch during Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” Awards, telling hosts Evan Real and Danny Murphy, “She’s said out loud on multiple platforms, podcasts, whatever it might be, that the door is closed. So the truth is — I’m just confused why it might be opening or cracking a little bit.”

According to Joe, Melissa, 46, has “heart of gold” and has “forgiven [his] sister many times.” But it seems she may be willing to do it again.

“We don’t want to raise our children like that. What kind of parents would we be to put them in our argument? That’s our argument,” he emphasized.

Meanwhile, Giudice — whose unstable relationship with the Gorgas tailspinned after her August 2022 wedding to Louis “Louis” Ruelas — told us last week that “time always heals.”

Fans have speculated that the mother of four is eager to make amends with her family in order to secure her spot on the forthcoming season of “RHONJ.”
