Jeremy Renner’s accuser Yi Zhou recently gushed about her alleged romance with the “Hawkeye” star just weeks before she made several bombshell claims against him.

“We have been in a relationship,” Zhou told the Daily Mail on October 16, adding that the actor “found new love” with her after his recovery from his nearly fatal snow plow accident.

The documentarian — who directed the documentary “Chronicles of Disney” and the animated movie “Stardust Future: Stars and Scars,” both starring Renner — claimed their relationship turned romantic in recent months.

“As a single man for many years, he has the liberty to decide how to live his personal life,” she told the outlet.

“If he wanted something short or casual, or if he preferred not to commit, that is his choice.”

Zhou, 37, previously hinted at a potential romance with Renner, 54, via Instagram in September when she shared several photos and videos of the two riding through the actor’s Reno, Nev., hometown and spending time at his house.

A rep for Renner did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment on the nature of his relationship with Zhou.

The model made headlines earlier this week when she accused Renner of sending her “intimate” messages, going on drunken rants that left her “scared for [her] life” and threatening to “call ICE” after their falling out.

On Thursday, Zhou provided the Daily Mail with a screenshot from a clip depicting a male porn actor and female porn actress engaging in a sexual act, which she claimed was sent to her from Renner on the messaging app WhatsApp.

Along with the video, he sent a message to Zhou asking, “Oh, yes ? 🤤 This ok ???”

In addition to the screenshot, Zhou claimed to have “a collection of those photos and the porn gifs that he sent.”

She also previously posted a photo of a man’s naked torso to her Instagram Story. She later told the outlet that Renner had sent her the unsolicited photo of his body.

Prior to her Thursday interview, Zhou originally went public with her accusations via social media.

“Mr. Renner first contacted me directly in June, sending personal and intimate photographs of himself, behavior that, according to public reports, he has exhibited before,” she claimed to her Instagram followers on Monday.

“He convinced me of his sincerity, saying he had been single for a long time and open to a long-term relationship,” she continued. “I believed in him, in the power of love and in the possibility of redemption.”

She went on to share that Renner then “entered into written agreements” with her production company, but later started “denying any personal relation or professional collaboration” and “refused” to promote their productions.

“When I called him out privately about his past misconduct and asked him to behave properly, to respect me as a woman and as a filmmaker, he threatened to call immigration/ICE on me, an act that deeply shocked and frightened me,” Zhou alleged, adding that the “misinformation and intimidation” caused her “personal and reputational harm.”

She went on to write that it took her “a long time” to feel “the courage to … speak up” about “such a pain and humiliation.”
