“Kicked off the Africa hunt with a beauty,” Cutler captioned his post. “Sable down.”

The comments section lit up the 42-year-old Cutler, who has spent much of his free time hunting since retiring from the NFL in 2017.

“I went to Africa on a safari and saw the most incredible wildlife and never once thought about murdering them,” replied one follower, with another posting: “This is nothing to brag about.”

A third wrote: “Wow, Jay. You killed a wild animal in a place it’s rarely hunted and it had zero idea you were a threat. Suppeeerrrr impressive buddy.”

Cutler appears undeterred by the pushback.

On Sunday, he posted a video of himself hunting antelope – and celebrating his kills with friends.

Then, he made another post Monday with more wild animals he appeared to have hunted, which he captioned: “Another great day.”

Cutler has been in the news on a few other occasions since his retirement.

He was arrested in October 2024 and charged with driving under the influence and possession of a handgun while under the influence.

Cutler also went through a very public divorce from reality TV star Kristin Cavallari. They parted ways in 2020 after 10 years together.

The former QB threw for more than 35,000 yards and 227 touchdowns in his 12-year NFL career.

He earned the lone Pro Bowl nod of his career with the Bears in 2008, after throwing for 4,526 yards and 25 touchdowns and leading the team to a 9-7 record.

Let’s be honest—no matter how stressful the day gets, a good viral video can instantly lift your mood. Whether it’s a funny pet doing something silly, a heartwarming moment between strangers, or a wild dance challenge, viral videos are what keep the internet fun and alive.
