Jaxson Dart’s jersey becomes best-seller after Giants debut win
Jaxson Dart has Giants fans wrapped around his finger after an impressive NFL debut in Sunday’s 21-18 victory over the undefeated Chargers.
The rookie quarterback — who replaced Russell Wilson after an ugly 0-3 start to the season — currently has the best-selling NFL jersey, Fanatics, the e-commerce partner of the NFL and NY Giants, told The Post.

Dart’s No. 6 jersey is outselling top quarterbacks, including Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen, across the Fanatics network of sites, which includes NFLShop.com and the Giants’ online store.
Sunday was Dart’s best day of merchandise sales since the Giants selected the Ole Miss product with the 25th overall pick in this year’s NFL draft, according to Fanatics.
He also had more merchandise sales on Sunday than he did for the previous week combined.
Dart finished 13 of 20 passing for 111 yards, plus 10 carries for 54 yards. He threw a touchdown pass and ran for another score.
The quarterback and head coach Brian Daboll were seen hugging while celebrating the victory on the field at MetLife Stadium.
“I know (No.) 6 is probably going to be sore,” Daboll said afterwards. “I mean, he gutted it out. Son’s a tough son of a you know what. He’s tough, but I knew that.”
Now Dart is tasked with leading a Giants offense that is without its star receiver, Malik Nabers — who suffered a season-ending ACL tear in his right knee in the second quarter on Sunday.
Nabers grabbed his leg in pain and was carted off of the field.
“You hate to see your teammate, your brother, go down like that,” Dart said, adding that he was going to call Nabers and check on him after the press conference.

Taking to his Instagram, Nabers posted a photo of himself running out of the tunnel in his Giants uniform.
“I’m sorry,” he wrote, adding a sad face and a broken heart emoji.
The Giants play the Saints (0-4) in New Orleans on Sunday.
