Jackson looked chic in an all-white suit and white button-up shirt, which she accessorized with hoop earrings.
Maxwell looked equally as dapper in a pinstripe suit and orange-tinted sunglasses.
The twosome seemed in good spirits during the outing, even stopping to smile for photographers.
Reps for Jackson weren’t immediately available to Page Six for comment.
Jackson’s new romance comes eight years after she divorced her third ex-husband, Wissam Al Mana.
At the time, the five-time Grammy winner had just given birth to their now 8-year-old son, Eissa.
Insiders previously told Page Six that the couple had faced several setbacks leading up to their bombshell split.
“She thought he had become too controlling during the pregnancy and she had already allowed him to dictate her appearance and even the way she performed at concerts,” an insider close to the couple revealed.
Others claimed that Jackson’s wardrobe for her 2014 Unbreakable World Tour sparked controversy, as the businessman demanded that she cover up more while performing.
The “Together Again” singer was also married to James DeBarge from 1984 to 1985 and René Elizondo Jr. from 1991 to 2003.
During an interview with the BBC in July 2024, the “Scream” singer quipped about her past relationships, saying, “How many times have I been married now? Three, I think.”
She also got candid about seeing relationships through “different lenses” and breaking the ongoing pattern of coercive control a few months later.
“I pray to God,” Jackson told the Guardian. “I’m single, so I pray to God that I might have different lenses on these eyes than I did before.”
