Morant has had a tough time for the past several seasons, appearing clearly unhappy in Memphis despite early success with the team.

The 2020 NBA Rookie of the Year received 99 out of 100 first-place votes in his debut campaign, where he averaged 17.8 points along with 7.3 assists per game.

Betting on the NBA?

Morant has taken a massive step back this season, though. In 18 games played, he’s put up just 19 points and 7.8 assists on career-worst shooting percentages – 40.1 percent from the field and 20.8 percent from three.

We just saw Trae Young get traded by the Hawks to the Wizards for little more than salary filler, making it even more interesting to see what his trade value will be if he is traded.
