Nope. Adult Swim is airing a repeat of the Season 3 premiere (“Silly Samuel”) at 11:30 p.m. ET.

How Many Episodes Are There of Smiling Friends Season 3?

The third season of Smiling Friends consists of eight episodes. The season finale (Season 3, Episode 8: “The Glep Ep”) premiered on Sunday, November 30 and is now streaming on Adult Swim and HBO Max.

Has Smiling Friends Been Renewed For Season 4?

Yes! In June 2025, it was announced that the series earned a two-season pickup, which means that Smiling Friends will be back for Seasons 4 and 5.

“It means you don’t have to make the same episode that the engine of the show relies on, which is the smiling friends go out and help a depressed character,” co-creator Michael Cusack told The Hollywood Reporter about the pickup. “Just like the shows we love and grew up with, the best part is now we can make a whole episode about a secondary character and zoom in on them more and explore the town.”
