Hugh Grant seemingly caught sleeping during Djokovic’s Wimbledon match
The action at Wimbledon didn’t seem to entertain Hugh Grant.
The 64-year-old actor will likely receive the meme treatment after ESPN cameras caught him dozing off in the Royal Box, where he watched the quarterfinal clash between Serbia’s Novak Djokovic and Italian Flavio Cobolli on Wednesday.

Grant was slightly hunched over and leaning to his right when the camera slowly zoomed out, as seen in a video on social media.
Grant’s facial expression indicated that he lost his battle with sleep, despite his eyes being shielded by tinted sunglasses during the match, which lasted more than three hours.
Many couldn’t help but crack jokes online.
“Can someone check on him as he’s a National treasure,” one person wrote.
“Wakey Wakey Hugh,” another said, adding a bunch of crying laughing emojis.
Earlier on, Grant and his wife Anna were seen talking and laughing together during the match.
The “Heretic” actor was also chatting with Queen Camilla, who was with her sister Annabel Elliot in the Royal Box on Day 10 of the championships.
Actors Joe Alwyn, Cooper Koch and Matt Bomer were among the stars that watched Djokovic defeat Cobolli 6-7 (6), 6-2, 7-5, 6-4 to advance to the semifinals
Djokovic will face Italian Jannik Sinner — who beat No. 10 seed Ben Shelton Wednesday in straight sets in their quarterfinal — in the semifinals.
Djokovic has now won 44 of his past 46 matches at Wimbledon, with his only defeats at the hands of Carlos Alcaraz in the past two finals.
World No. 1 Sinner is pushing to reach his first Wimbledon final.
