The three-game series, set to be played at the Mets’ Citi Field, begins this afternoon with a July Fourth matchup.

Both teams are entering the three-game series in the midst of rough patches, but the Mets just won a series against Milwaukee, notching two much-needed wins on Wednesday and Thursday.
