The reckless driver cruised off in the dark-colored sedan, leaving the two lifeless men on the pavement, police said.

Both men were pronounced dead at the scene by EMS.
It did not appear the two victims were walking together, and cops believe both were simply at the wrong place at the wrong time.
The hit-and-run driver had not been caught by the late morning.
