The other victim, whom police are trying to identify and determine his age, died at the scene.

The carnage marked the first deadly Big Apple crash of the new year, police said.
Last year, 203 people were killed in crashes citywide through Dec. 28, according to NYPD data.
Cops said the driver in Thursday’s crash has yet to be caught.
