She didn’t caption the pic and let the PDA do the talking.

Speculation that the couple have split ramped up after they didn’t attend the CMA Awards on Nov. 19, despite Shelton being nominated in the Musical Event of the Year category for his feature on the Post Malone song, “Pour Me a Drink.”

Stefani hasn’t posted Shelton on her Instagram since June, when she wished him a happy birthday.

As for Shelton, he wished Stefani a happy birthday publicly in October.

Fans also speculated about the status of their marriage after they released their duet “Hangin’ On” —which is about a breakup — in March.

Shelton told Access Hollywood about the song, “It’s really no reflection of where Gwen and I are in our relationship — I hope.”

“We wanted to do it, you know?” he continued. “It’s a song that pushes us vocally, and we just love the song. We’re to a point in our lives where we just wanna do songs that we love, and then see what happens, I guess, later.”

Reps for Stefani and Shelton didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

The pair has been married since July 2021. It’s the second marriage for Stefani and the third for Shelton. The “Cool” singer was previously married to Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale from 2002-2016. Shelton was married to Kaynette Williams from 2003-2006, then Miranda Lambert from 2011-2015.

In April, Stefani said there was an important third party in her marriage to Shelton while discussing the best advice she’s ever received about love during her appearance on “The Drew Barrymore Show.”

“Make sure you have a third party,” she said, before looking up and pointing one finger to the sky.

She previously shared that Shelton gave her “a second chance at life” after her divorce from Rossdale, with whom she shares three sons with: Kingston, 19, Zuma, 17, and Apollo, 11.

“Meeting my husband felt like a second chance at life, because when my family fell apart, it was a catastrophe, she told the Guardian in November 2024.

“How do you pick yourself up from that? But God put this other person there to love me,” she continued.
