The London-based talk-show host bought the Murray Hill property in 2002 from supermodel Claudia Schiffer and later invested in a thorough renovation that updated its interiors while preserving its 19th-century charm.

Spanning roughly 2,500 square feet across three floors, the home features soaring 15-foot ceilings, a lilac stone fireplace, along with a 465-square-foot roof deck that Norton once described as a favorite setting for entertaining.

Built back in 1864, the home is made up of two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and also boasts a cozy library with custom floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, according to the listing.

The living area boasts 15-foot ceilings and a double-wide window with views of the greenery surrounding the mews.

Sniffen Court, a gated stretch off of East 36th Street between Lexington and Third avenues, is among the city’s most sought-after enclaves.

Comprising just 10 converted carriage houses, the block is recognized as a historic district and is prized for its cobblestone character and exclusivity. In 1973, the mews were added to the National Register of Historic Places.

Over the years it has attracted a roster of notable residents including musician Lenny Kravitz, composer Cole Porter and comedian Irwin Corey.

It also houses the Amateur Comedy Club, founded in the 19th century and still active today as one of the oldest amateur theater groups in the country.

His quick sale mirrors the brisk pace seen with other rare mews properties across Manhattan, such as recent listings along the Upper West Side’s Pomander Walk that entered contract within weeks.

Listing broker Chris Kann, of Corcoran, declined to comment on the deal.
