Gisele Bündchen is a fitness fantasy as she flaunts sculpted body for Miami video shoot

Gisele Bündchen flaunted her sculpted figure in a brown workout set while filming a commercial on a Miami beach.

The model’s abs were on full display as she soaked up the sunshine in a sports bra and leggings on Saturday.

She energetically stretched and sprinted for the cameras.

Bündchen, 45, has been known to focus on maintaining her health and wellness routine by practicing yoga, jiu-jitsu and weight training.

In September 2023, the mom of three told Women’s Health that she would wake up at 5:00 a.m. to meditate and go on a jog before heading to yoga.

“Moving is just part of my every day,” she said.

At the time, Bündchen admitted that she would indulge in cigarettes, red wine and mocha frappuccinos when she was younger.

She has since realized the need to cherish her body, saying, “Our body is our temple, our home, the place we’ve been given.”

Most recently, the former Victoria’s Secret model shared the importance of moving her body while sharing an Instagram video of herself working out.

“If there’s one thing I’d recommend to everyone, it’s this: move your body,” Bündchen captioned the clip. “Your body is your home — and it was made to move.”

“Movement is medicine. For your heart, your muscles, and just as importantly, for your mind and soul,” she added, explaining that working out can bring “oxygen, clarity, and presence back into your being.”

The health guru, meanwhile, has been keeping busy since welcoming her third child with her jiu-jitsu instructor and boyfriend, Joaquim Valente, in February.

Bündchen also shares a son, Benjamin, 15, and a daughter, Vivian, 13, with her ex-husband, Tom Brady, to whom she was married from 2009 to 2022.

The NFL star is also the father to an 18-year-old son, Jack, with his ex Bridget Moynahan.

Brady was last linked to model Irina Shayk, though he recently bragged about being the CEO of his own life via Instagram Saturday.
