Gen Z blasted as ‘messed up’ for flaunting viral ‘World War III’ camo outfits

War — what is it good for? Fashionably stuntin’, according to tone deaf Gen Zers.

Committed to looking bomb amid the mounting friction between the US and Iran, carefree clotheshorses are curating cutesy “World War III” ensembles ahead of the potential bloodshed.

“What I’m wearing to WW3,” Paulina, a NYC influencer, wrote in the closed-captions of a vid, donning an oversized military camouflage shirt.

Following a few quick ‘fit changes, the platinum blond went on to pose in a camo-inspired bikini, meant to “distract the enemy,” before flaunting mini shorts paired with a chunky belt, a brown one-shoulder shirt and an army fatigue jacket.

As a posh pièce de résistance, she closed the virtual fashion show in camo-colored pants with a matching baseball cap, a chocolate crop top and flip flops.

And Paulina’s no lone soldier in the doomsday dressing charge.

It’s a contemporary, albeit controversial, Gen Z fad that’s being hailed both “iconic” and idiotic.

In the days since Israel’s preemptive strike against Iran on June 13, prompting President Trump to target three of the nation’s nuclear facilities Saturday, twentysomethings have turned the turmoil into TikTok tomfoolery.

Armed with pop star Kesha’s hit track “Blow” as the soundtrack to their social media silliness, and “#WW3” as their unifying tag, goofball youngsters are making light of the mayhem with military draft jokes and overseas shopping quips.

“Is this gonna affect my SHEIN order?” a single-minded Zoomer commented, referring to potential pandemonium.

“I wanted a summer glow up, not a summer blow up,” another teased.

The seriousness of the global situation aside, the newcomers to adulthood — especially those with penchants for pizzazz — are combatting the chaos in combat couture.

“First war kinda nervous,” Avery, a digital tastemaker, captioned a clip featuring her WW3 wardrobe, which includes a camouflage mini skirt and an army green bomber jacket.

Apson, a Tiktok-verified virtuoso, scored over 3.9 million views on his wartime wardrobe, sporting a head-to-toe green two-piece, as well as a distressed top and jeans getup.

Christina, a stay-at-home mom of two, turned cyber heads with her World War III gear.

However, unfortunately for the fashion plate, her call-of-duty-inspired cosplay also turned a few stomachs.

“Do you realize how sick and messed up in the head you have to be to come up with stuff like this?” questioned a commenter beneath Christina’s post.

“Lives are at stake,” the peeved protester added. “The future of our world is unfolding in front of us and YOU POST THIS?.”

“WTF is WRONG WITH YOU???.”

Let’s be honest—no matter how stressful the day gets, a good viral video can instantly lift your mood. Whether it’s a funny pet doing something silly, a heartwarming moment between strangers, or a wild dance challenge, viral videos are what keep the internet fun and alive.
