Busey got his sentence from Judge Gwendolyn Blue during a virtual hearing in court in Camden, NJ on Thursday, according to ABC 6.

He declined to speak at the hearing, telling the judge, “I’m following my attorney’s advice.”

Busey’s attorney requested for the actor to only be fined, citing his age, health issues and permanent residence in California.

But Judge Blue ultimately gave him two years probation due to the seriousness of the incident, as well as Busey’s prior contact with the criminal justice system. She also ordered Busey to have no contact with the victim.

The Oscar nominee reportedly has 45 days to appeal the sentence and may have his probation transferred to California.

The Post has reached out to Busey’s rep for comment.

Busey was accused of groping at least three women, and trying to undo one woman’s bra, during photo ops at the Monster-Mania Convention at the Doubletree Hotel in Cherry Hill, which ran from Aug. 12-14 of 2022.

He denied the allegations at the time.

“It took less than 10 seconds and they left. Then they made up a story that I assaulted them sexually,” he said, per TMZ.

The “Point Break” star also said he didn’t “carry any regrets” because “nothing happened.”

In a Facebook post at the time, Monster-Mania Convention acknowledged that a “celebrity guest was removed from the convention and instructed not to return” after the event received “a complaint from the attendees.”

“Monster-Mania also encouraged the attendees to contact the police to file a report.”

Busey was charged with two counts of criminal sexual contact, one count of attempted criminal sexual contact and one count of harassment.

Three of the charges were ultimately dropped due to the plea agreement he took.

In July, he pleaded guilty to one count of fourth-degree criminal sexual contact.

“It was not an accidental touching,” the “Lethal Weapon” actor told the judge during a Zoom hearing.
