The property, at 917 N. Crescent Drive, is adjacent to the Beverly Hills Hotel — a convenient spot to park your guests, or entertain them at the Polo Lounge.

Mayweather, who was on a big New York City house hunt in 2024, purchased this California home for $25.5 million in 2017, plus an extra $500,000 for the furnishings, shortly after his epic win against UFC champ Conor McGregor.

By September 2024, Mayweather had listed the home for $48 million before selling it in December 2024, brokers said, for $11.5 million. (A source added that the closing price “doesn’t tell the whole story” of the deal.)

Come January, the home was back on the market for $38 million until its removal in early September. It re-listed late Monday for the current price, at $6 million less.

Built in 1992, the sprawling home features six bedrooms, eight baths and two powder rooms. There’s also a “hidden” guest house, a home theater and a gym, plus an outdoor “resort-style” pool and spa — all on a landscaped half acre.

A new owner can get plenty of perks inside. There’s an open living room with 10 sets of French doors, a chef’s kitchen, a cocktail bar, a wood-paneled library, a wine cellar and a formal dining room. The main bedroom comes with two spa-like baths, massive closets and a terrace that overlooks the landscaped grounds.

The home, which includes a circular driveway, was recently renovated and has undergone multiple renovations over the years, said listing broker David Solomon, of Douglas Elliman, who shares the listing with Anna Solomon.

Previous owners include Los Angeles developer Niles Niami, who built “The One” — a Bel-Air spec house that asked $500 million before selling at auction for $141 million.

Previous residents also include the Sultan of Brunei, who owns the Beverly Hills Hotel, now via the Brunei Investment Authority’s Dorchester Collection, plus the billionaire investor Dean Metropoulos and his wife Marianne. Their son Daren Metropoulos currently owns Hugh Hefner’s former Playboy Mansion, which Metropoulos bought for $100 million in 2016 and recently completed a five-year renovation.
