Five Iron Golf heading to NYC’s Williamsburg
Leasing momentum continues at Global Holdings’ 25 Kent in Williamsburg.
On the heels of a recently announced lease with facial studio Glowbar, the property just landed a much larger retail tenant — Five Iron Golf, which took nearly 16,000 square feet. Most of the space is in the lower level below a 746 square-foot ground floor footprint.

Five Iron co-founder and CEO Jared Solomon said, “We’ve had our sights set on Brooklyn for a long time.” The new one at 25 Kent will be Brooklyn’s largest indoor golf facility, with 13 Trackman simulators powered by multi-camera technology, a 7,000 square-foot gym and luxury locker rooms.

Craig Panzirer, leasing director of Eyal Ofer’s Global Holdings Management Group, commented, “Both brands embody the energy and creativity synonymous with Williamsburg. He said 25 Kent was “more than an office building where work, wellness and culture intersect.”
CBRE’s Anthony Dattoma repped Five Iron Golf in the lease and a Newmark team repped Global Holdings. The 25 Kent facility will be roughly the same size as the Five Iron Golf outpost that recently signed a lease at 1290 Sixth Ave. in Manhattan.
The eight-story, 500,000 square-foot building between Kent and Wythe avenues is believed to be Brooklyn’s first ground-up new office project in 40 years. It’s 65% leased to cutting-edge office tenants including e-commerce platform Queen One and Autonomous Technologies Group.
