The Bad Boy Records founder will surrender the cassette tapes and other devices the feds seized in March 2024 raids on his mansions, including hard drives, thumb drives, iPhones, iPads and computers, according to the documents filed Wednesday.

The feds will also hang onto the $9,000 in cash recovered from the Park Hyatt hotel in Manhattan where Combs, 55, had been staying before his September 2024 arrest.

The legal filing, jointly signed by the feds and Combs’ lawyers, didn’t specifically describe what was depicted on the “Ibiza Tapes.”

But court papers said the tapes and other seized devices were all “property used or intended to be used” as part of the prostitution counts Combs was convicted of in July.

All the items will be turned over to the de US Customs and Border Protection to be held in “its secure custody and control,” court papers state.

The tapes, shot with a Sony “DVCAM” camera, a model released in 1996, were included on a list of electronics that the hip-hop entrepreneur used in his scheme to recruit male escorts for drug-fueled sex romps that he called “freak-offs.”

Witnesses testified at Combs’ salacious two-month-long trial in Manhattan federal court that the disgraced rapper sometimes set up camcorders to film his lovers engaging in various sex acts with the escorts while he watched.

Combs has repeatedly visited Ibiza, a Spanish island known as a nightclub hotspot, during his decades-long career as a globe-trotting rap and business entrepreneur.

In 2010, he performed a show on the island alongside his girlfriend, R&B artist Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, Page Six reported at the time.

Ventura was the star witness at Combs’ trial and one of two women who testified they feared Combs would release the sex tapes he had of them if they refused to comply with his demands to perform in degrading, often days-long sexual experiences with the male escorts.

The jury nonetheless acquitted Combs of charges of coercing Ventura and a woman who used the alias “Jane” into the sex acts, after his lawyers claimed the encounters were a “consensual” part of admittedly abusive relationships.

Judge Arun Subramanian sentenced Combs on Friday to serve around four years in prison.

The sentence was far less than the 11 years that prosecutors asked for, and under the judge’s own calculated sentence guidelines of between six and seven years.

But Subramanian also shot down Combs’ request to be released from jail on time served, saying that “a meaningful sentence is needed to protect the public from further crimes.”

Combs described himself as an “amateur” porn director as part of a failed bid to convince the judge to toss his case.

His lawyers claimed in vain that he had a First Amendment right to film the twisted encounters.

He is expected to further appeal the verdict at the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
