Exclusive | Kyle Kuzma is in contract to buy a Florida condo

NBA star Kyle Kuzma is in contract to buy a luxe home at The Residences at Shell Bay, a new Florida condo tower, Gimme Shelter has learned.

The private Hallandale Beach community is also the perfect spot to “hide-out” during Miami Art Week, a spy noted — adding that retired quarterback Tom Brady, and tennis stars Jessica Pagula and Tommy Paul, have all been spotted at Shell Bay’s exclusive club.

The striking three-bedroom, 3.5-bath spread is 2,401 square feet and was asking $5.64 million. The amount that Kuzma will pay is not yet known.

The dwelling, at 501 Diplomat Parkway, features floor-to-ceiling glass windows, high ceilings, a large main bedroom, a roomy chef’s kitchen, wraparound terraces — and serene views of the water, pool and golf course. Architect Kobi Karp designed the 20-story tower and AvroKo outfitted the interiors. Shell Bay is part of Auberge Resorts Collection. The community will also include a hotel, and Auberge will also service the residences.

Closings are slated for 2027, when residents like Kuzma will be able to move in.

It’s been a big year for the Milwaukee Bucks forward, as he got engaged to Canadian model and entrepreneur Winnie Harlow last February, during a romantic Valentine’s Day getaway to Turks and Caicos, with both their families there to celebrate, as chronicled in Vogue. 

Harlow is also an inspiring spokesperson for vitiligo, an autoimmune condition that leaves depigmented patches of skin after the body’s immune system attacks melanin-producing cells in the skin and hair.

The residence is within a 150-acre gated community with around 108 residences along the Intracoastal. Amenities include a Greg Norman-designed 18-hole golf course and its Golf Performance Lab, a high tech center with data-driven top coaches, and the Bayside Build Shop for training and rehabilitation. 

There’s also the Racquet Club, with all four Grand Slam surfaces: Har Tru, Hard Court, grass and European red clay courts — not to mention the gym, a 14,000-square-foot spa and rooftop pools. The food and beverage program is by Michelin-starred chef Julien Jouhannaud.

Shell Bay also operates a 48-slip private marina at the Yacht Club and a Shell Bay Air private club helicopter, perfect for 1-percenters.
