MCI call center mogul Anthony Marlowe has quite the eye for trophy real estate. So much so that his three-story Miami penthouse with its own private rooftop pool is now on the market for $8.99 million.

Last year, Marlowe bought an extravagant $15.6 million mansion in Manalapan — the pricey enclave not far from Palm Beach.

It’s a few homes south of billionaire Larry Ellison’s $173 million estate, which is known as the Gemini Mansion. Marlowe and his pals reportedly have their own name for Marlowe’s Manalapan digs — “MarloweLago,” according to Forbes.

That property will also reportedly become Marlowe’s primary residence.

“Miami is extraordinarily vibrant, but Palm Beach County is where I want to raise a family one day. It’s where my social network is more centered,” Marlowe told Forbes. He also reportedly owns a 27-acre estate in North Liberty, Iowa.

The Miami aerie is 5,000 square feet, and comes with 1,900 square feet of multiple outdoor terraces. It takes up the 60th to 62nd floors of Aria Reserve South, at 700 NE 24th St. Completed this year, it’s part of a twin tower condo complex on 5 acres developed by Miami-based Melo Group.

The penthouse triplex features five bedrooms and 6.5 baths. There’s also an additional room that serves as a private den or home office, plus a home gym.

The home opens from a private elevator into a foyer that reveals floor-to-ceiling glass windows showcasing Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean and Miami skyline views.

There’s also a lounge with a wine room, a business center, conference rooms and co-working suites, plus a gym with a spa. There’s even a dog park, meditation gardens, fire-pit lounges and a telescope observatory deck.
