“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married,” the “Love Story” singer wrote alongside a photo of her NFL beau down on one knee.
While this will be the first time Swift herself gets to walk down the aisle, it won’t be the first wedding ceremony she has participated in.
In honor of Swift and Kelce’s exciting engagement news, here are all the times the Grammy winner has attended a couple’s love story nuptials.
Hometown Best Friend Britany Maack, February 2016
Swift served as the maid of honor when her hometown best friend, Britany Maack, married her high school sweetheart in February 2016.
The “Shake it Off” songstress returned to Reading, Pennsylvania, to stand by her bestie’s side as she and her groom, Benjamin LaManna, tied the knot, and she gave a touching Maid of Honor speech during the reception.
“My favorite accomplishment of my entire life is that everything in my life has changed except for me and Britany,” Swift began.
“She was my partner in crime at Brownie’s sleepaway camp, and she was my date to the Grammys,” she continued at the time. “And little did either of us know that Prince Charming for Britany would be the kid that sat next to me in class with a bowl cut and a Lego lunchbox.”
The “Lover” hitmaker then serenaded the happy couple as they celebrated their special day.
Fans Max Singer and Kenya Smith, June 2016
Although not Hollywood A-listers like some of the other love stories she attended, Swift made a special appearance at superfans Max Singer and Kenya Smith’s wedding in June 2016.
The New Jersey couple married one year earlier so they could say “I do” in front of Singer’s mother, who was in hospice care and sadly passed away just a few days later, per the New York Times.
Singer and his mother were able to share a mother-son dance to Swift’s “Blank Space” before her death, and Swift later surprised the newlyweds with a performance of the song after “crashing” their reception.
The special moment was caught on camera and shared on social media for everyone to enjoy.
Best Friend Abigail Anderson, September 2017
Another one of Swift’s longtime besties, Abigail Anderson, tied the knot with photographer Matt Lucier in Martha’s Vineyard in September 2017.
The “Anti-Hero” singer served as a bridesmaid during the ceremony, and a local who caught a glimpse of Swift during the wedding said that she looked “gorgeous” in a burgundy dress and matching lipstick.
“She had dark red lips and carried her friend’s train as they went into the church. Security asked the crowd not to rush her,” a local told People at the time.
“There were tons of people, all ages,” they continued. “Lots of tourists who wandered by and were like ‘oh, Taylor Swift?’”
In 2008, Swift released a song on her “Fearless” album titled “Fifteen,” which was partly inspired by Anderson.
Lena Dunham, September 2021
“Girls” creator Lena Dunham wed musician Luis Felber in September 2021 following a whirlwind one-year romance, and Swift stood by her side as a bridesmaid during the impromptu ceremony in London.
Photos from the couple’s nuptials showed Swift with Dunham’s other bridesmaids, including Tommy Dorfman, Myha’la Herrold and Alissa Bennett, as the actress and her new hubby said “I do.”
Swift looked radiant in a shiny, silver pleated dress accompanied by a diamond-encrusted belt, straps, and neckline.
“In terms of the bridal party, if we include siblings, we were nine,” Dunham, 39, told Vogue after her big day. “You can have a far bigger wedding with less bridesmaids, but I guess it just speaks to how excited I was to have my close friends there.”
Jack Antonoff and Margaret Qualley, August 2023
Besides being frequent collaborators, Swift and producer Jack Antonoff are best friends.
That is why it was no surprise that the “Fortnight” artist attended the Bleachers singer’s wedding to “The Substance” actress Margaret Qualley in New Jersey in August 2023.
Swift, who attended the couple’s special day as a guest, wore a pale blue lace dress with a corset-style bodice. She also kept her hair down and finished her natural look with her signature red lipstick.
“She’s the first person who recognized me as a producer,” Antonoff told “TIME’s Person of the Week” podcast shortly before his wedding.
Travis Kelce’s cousin Tanner Corum, June 2025
Before Swift and Kelce announced their exciting engagement after two years of dating, she and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end were guests at his cousin’s wedding.
Tanner Corum tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend, Samantha Peck, during a barn-style ceremony in Knoxville, Tennessee, in June, and not only did Swift and Kelce attend, but they also posed for pics with the wedding party and other guests.
Several TikTok posts showed the pop superstar dressed in a strapless blue floral-patterned dress and heels as her hair hung loosely curled down her back.
“Not Taylor Swift being at my friends friends cousins wedding,” one person wrote on social media alongside a pic of Swift.
Another video clip of the couple showed the “All Too Well” singer and her future husband dancing together during the reception.
Let’s be honest—no matter how stressful the day gets, a good viral video can instantly lift your mood. Whether it’s a funny pet doing something silly, a heartwarming moment between strangers, or a wild dance challenge, viral videos are what keep the internet fun and alive.
