She wrote, “I show up for my family, I show up for my friends, I show up to handle my business, & I show up with a smile all while on the inside I’m emotionally broken. In every pic of this video I was internally dealing with something life changing that most of the people in the pics with me had no clue of my inner stress & sadness.

“This is not being fake,” Burruss insisted. “This is just how I deal with things. I internalize and deal with it alone. I am the poster child for the saying ‘check on your strong friend because you never know what they are going through.’”

While the reality star “normally [doesn’t] like to share stuff like this,” she did so anyway after listening to an old song she “wrote years ago.”

In the emotional lyrics, which Burruss noted “perfectly describe how [she] feel[s],” she sings that she “can’t keep running away.”

The “Celebrity Big Brother” alum adds, “I haven’t shed a tear not even a whimper since December / I haven’t broke my cool or lost my temper / I’m censored.

“But deep down I want to explode and just let all my frustrations go,” the song continues. “Sometimes I want to scream and release the pain I have in me.”

Burruss’ fellow Bravo stars shared their support in the comments, with Porsha Williams writing, “You and your family are in my prayers ❤️.”

Last month, news broke that Burruss and Tucker, 52, have called it quits after 11 years of marriage.

The duo, who tied the knot in 2014, have since put on a united front while co-parenting son Ace, 9, and daughter Blaze, 6.

The former couple reunited for their youngest child’s recent birthday party, as well as Thanksgiving.

People reported Wednesday that Burruss allegedly caught her partner “talking to other women behind her back” prior to their split.

While the singer has not addressed infidelity rumors, she admitted during a November Amazon Live that her breakup has been “brewing for awhile.”

Tucker, for his part, has requested primary custody of the kids and questioned their prenuptial agreement.

Let’s be honest—no matter how stressful the day gets, a good viral video can instantly lift your mood. Whether it’s a funny pet doing something silly, a heartwarming moment between strangers, or a wild dance challenge, viral videos are what keep the internet fun and alive.
