The details of the divorce remain unknown at this time as the documents are currently unavailable.
Reps for Bell did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment. His attorney, Brittany Staggs, told TMZ, “At this time, Mr. Bell and his wife would like privacy as they transition into this new phase of their life.”
Von Schmeling first filed documents in Los Angeles to divorce the “Drake and Josh” actor, 39, in April 2023 — just a week after he prompted a manhunt when authorities reported him as missing and “endangered.”
She listed irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split, according to court documents obtained by Page Six at the time.
She also asked the court for primary legal and physical custody of their son, Wyatt, now 4, and requested that Bell be granted visitation rights.
TMZ claims the court ordered both parties to meet to expedite the matter in December 2024. However, it’s unclear what happened during their conference.
As we previously reported, the two parents separated in January 2023 as sources told us the former child star entered into treatment for his addiction struggles.
After she “had enough,” Von Schmeling, 31, moved to Florida with their son.
“They had some incredible beautiful times before. He needs to focus on being healthy, and they’ll be great co-parents in the future,” a source told us at the time.
“It’s a bad moment in time for Drake. But he is a great dad when he is healthy and sober.”
Bell and Von Schmeling began dating in 2013 and wed in an intimate ceremony in 2018.
