The woman claimed that she was having problems with her brother-in-law and 16-year-old son and “didn’t feel safe” at the home, according to an audio clip of the call released by the Summit County Sheriff’s Office and obtained by TMZ.
“I’m going through a very bitter divorce battle with my now, hopefully, ex-husband, who is currently filming a movie in Los Angeles,” she began. “His brother is here, meant to be helping with our children, and I do not feel safe with him in the house.”
“He has now convinced my son, my 16-year-old son, that I am a cheater, an adulterer, I don’t even know the words anymore,” she added.
The incident seemingly escalated when the woman and her son grabbed each other’s arms during a fight over his cellphone, and she left the home in her robe.
“I’m standing outside in my robe, on the side of the road, again,” she told the 911 dispatcher. “I have been living in my car, in my neighbor’s basement. I have been called every name in the book by all of my children.”
“I believe I am being psychologically abused, I believe the children are suffering from child alienation,” she claimed. “I am a mental health practitioner, so I know these words.”
The distressed caller then said that she was “terrified” and “needed help” because her son and brother-in-law were allegedly “blocking” her from returning to the home.
“I am shaking, terrified and I need help,” she said. “I want to enter the home, and they are blocking my entrance to the home. What do I do?”
Later on in the call, the woman said that her “famous husband” was “controlling and being insane” amid their ongoing divorce and that she “can’t live like this.”
“His family was nice to me. I’ve been nice to them for 21 years,” she alleged to the 911 dispatcher.
“I don’t believe that they’re, like, gonna pull a weapon out or anything like that,” she added, regarding her son and brother-in-law. “I just, I can’t live like this.”
The 911 call was placed at 2:50 a.m. and lasted around 15 minutes.
Once the Summit County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the home to investigate the situation, one of the male individuals at the scene told officers about a “past-occurred assault” that occurred at the home on March 6, 2025.
He claimed the female caller allegedly “put her hands around his neck,” but clarified that she “did not choke him hard enough to restrict blood or air flow.”
“After a few minutes of conversation, [the alleged victim] stated that [the individual’s] attempt to choke him may have caused air and [blood] flow restriction for a small moment,” the responding officer’s police report read, per Us Weekly.
“[The alleged victim] stated [the individual] did this in their bedroom while he was laying in bed in the presence of [a third party],” it continued. “[The alleged victim] stated he did not receive any injuries, marks or bruises from the incident.”
Although the officer later followed up with the purported choking victim about the alleged assault, he declined to press charges.
Shortly after the incident at the Wolf family’s Park City home on the morning of June 13, Kelley was detained by police and taken to a local hospital to get “some help” following concerns for her well-being.
Kelley, 48, chronicled her detainment and hospital stay in a series of posts shared to Instagram Live and her Instagram Stories.
“This is horrible,” she wrote from the hospital room. “I have been taken against my will. Please check on my kids.”
“Also… I am happy!” she added. “Happier than I have ever been.”
Kelley returned to Instagram on Wednesday, June 18, for the first time since she was detained and admitted to the hospital five days prior.
“Hi,” she wrote over a picture of herself sitting at a bar with a margarita in the background and what appeared to be a hospital bracelet around her wrist. She captioned the post “God bless” and included an American flag emoji.
The former reality TV star also shared a slew of pictures to her Instagram Stories, including two telling her followers to “be nice” and “be kind.”
The “Party of Five” star and his estranged wife announced on June 10 that they had split after 21 years of marriage.
Scott, 57, later confirmed to The Post that he was the one who filed for divorce from Kelley.
He called it “the most difficult decision of my life.”
The estranged couple has three children together: sons Jackson, 16, and Miller, 12, as well as a daughter, Lucy, 11.
