Diane Keaton’s son, Duke, paid tribute to the late actress in his first outing since her shocking death.

The 25-year-old was spotted leaving his late mom’s Los Angeles home on Sunday, one day after she passed, wearing all back. He accessorized with two silver cross necklaces that channeled his mom’s signature “devoted nun” style.

The “First Wives Club” star’s iconic style almost always included trousers and a blazer, which she then paired with sunglasses, a hat, funky neckties and belts. She also wore multiple crosses layered together, a signature look that she introduced in the 1990s.

Over the weekend, Hollywood was left at a loss for words when a spokesperson for Keaton’s family announced the actress died Saturday at the age of 79.

Although Keaton’s cause of death is unclear, a source told People that her health had declined rapidly in recent months.

“In her final months, she was surrounded only by her closest family, who chose to keep things very private,” the source said. “Even longtime friends weren’t fully aware of what was happening.”

However, friends of the “Father of the Bride” actress knew something was wrong when she listed her “dream home” in Los Angeles for $29 million.

A source also told the outlet that Keaton, who was known for walking her dog daily in her Brentwood neighborhood, was not seen for the past couple of months.

“She loved her neighborhood,” the source said. “Up until just a few months ago, she’d walk her dog every day. She was usually dressed the same, with a hat and her signature sunglasses regardless of the weather.”

Longtime pal Carole Bayer Sager spoke to People and told them she was shocked at how frail the actress looked “two or three weeks” before her death.

“She had lost so much weight,” the songwriter, who co-wrote Keaton’s single “First Christmas,” noted.

“She had to go to Palm Springs because her house had been damaged inside [following the Palisades wildfires], and they had to clean everything. She was down there for a while, and when she came back, I was kind of stunned by how much weight she’d lost.”

The “Annie Hall” actress is survived by her two children — Duke and Dexter, 29 — both of whom she adopted in her 50s.

“Motherhood was not an urge I couldn’t resist,” she previously explained to Ladies Home Journal about her decision to adopt as a single mom. “It was more like a thought I’d been thinking for a very long time. So I plunged in.”

She then explained her decision to adopt later in life, saying, “I was never going to be prepared to be a mother.”

The Oscar-winning actress also never married despite famously dating Al Pacino — who called not marrying Keaton one of his biggest regrets — Warren Beatty and her “Annie Hall” director Woody Allen.

“I think I’m the only one in my generation, and maybe before, who has been a single woman all her life,” she told People in 2019 of her decision to forego marriage, explaining that it wouldn’t “have been a good idea for me to have married.”

She also noted that the role of wife was never one she was interested in, saying, “I remember one day in high school, this guy came up to me and said, ‘One day you’re going to make a good wife.’

“And I thought, ‘I don’t want to be a wife. No.’ I’m really glad I didn’t, and I’m sure they’re happy about it, too,” she said, referring to her high-profile ex-partners.
