Denise Richards made Charlie Sheen’s hookers ‘white trash’ sandwiches after actor’s drug-fueled bender
Denise Richards revealed she once made “white trash” sandwiches for ex-husband Charlie Sheen’s “hookers” during one of the actor’s drug-fueled benders.
In the second episode of Sheen’s new Netflix documentary, “aka Charlie Sheen,” the actress shared that she was called to check on her ex after he had been missing for two days while filming “Two and a Half Men.”

“They would call me all the f–king time to go there because I can’t get fired. I was your ex-wife, I was already fired,” she said.
“When they were desperate, they were like, ‘Could you please come over and see if he’s alive? We haven’t seen him for two days.’ And so, then I would pound on his door. And then I’d keep pounding. I’m like, ‘Open the f–k up!’” Richards recalled.
During one visit, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star said she went to Sheen’s house with food, and noticed her ex’s “Two and a Half Men” co-star Jon Cryer was also there.
“I’m making sandwiches and Jon was super nervous and he goes, ‘What are you doing?’ I go, ‘Well, he hasn’t eaten and I’m making sandwiches,’” Richards recalled.
“And then you see two or three hookers come downstairs. And I remember Jon asking me, ‘Are you making them sandwiches?’ and I go, ‘Well, yeah. What am I gonna say? Sorry, because of what you do for a living, you don’t get one of my white trash mayo, mustard, turkey, cheese, lettuce sandwiches?’” she added.
“It wasn’t like I was making a gourmet sandwich. Like, I’m trying to help keep him good.”
Richards, 54, and Sheen, 60, tied the knot in June 2002 after less than a year of dating.
They welcomed daughters Sami, 21, and Lola, 20, during their marriage.
In March 2005, the “The World Is Not Enough” star filed for divorce from the “Anger Management” alum, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
While they briefly reconciled, the pair moved forward with their divorce and were legally declared single in November 2006.
During a custody battle of their two kids, Richards accused Sheen of exhibiting “inappropriate behavior … and conduct,” including “his attraction to underage women and his sexual explicitness on the internet, including revealing his private parts.”
When the Golden Globe winner revealed he was HIV-positive in 2015, a source told People that Richards had known “for a number of years” and that Sheen “was infected after they divorced, and they haven’t been intimate since.”
Though the mom of three sued Sheen for $1.2 million in 2016, the exes have since made amends.
Last Thursday, they were all smiles as they posed together at the premiere of the documentary in their first joint red carpet appearance in 20 years.
Both episodes of “aka Charlie Sheen” are available to stream on Netflix.
