Denise Richards’ ex Aaron Phypers drags Charlie Sheen, Brandi Glanville into divorce’s witness list
Denise Richards’ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, is preparing to call some big names to the witness stand in his ongoing and contentious divorce case against the “Wild Things” star.
Page Six has exclusively obtained court documents Tuesday that reveal the Canadian actor, 53, wants to call Charlie Sheen, Brandi Glanville and “Special Forces” star Rudy Reyes as witnesses.

Phypers’ attorney states in the filing that Sheen — who was married to the actress from 2002 to 2006 and shares two daughters with her — can speak to Richards’ alleged “history of not being truthful and of drug and alcohol abuse.” Phypers has publicly accused his estranged wife of having a Vicodin addiction.
Page Six has reached out to Sheen’s rep for comment but did not immediately hear back.
The “Two and a Half Men” alum, 60, and Richards have recently put on a united front. Earlier this month, she attended the premiere of Sheen’s new Netflix doc, in which she spoke about her ex-husband’s own history of drug use, and the two hugged it out on the red carpet.
However, Glanville and Richards have been at odds for years. The former revealed on “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” in 2020 that the two women had an affair while Richards, 54, was married to Phypers.
Phypers’ attorney claims in the filing that Glanville — like Sheen — can corroborate the “Drop Dead Gorgeous” star’s alleged “history of not being truthful and of drug and alcohol abuse.”
A separate source exclusively tells Page Six, “In [an] effort to not allow this [divorce] case to be a Brandi 2.0, Glanville is being called to testify on Richards’s credibility and manipulative moves.”
“Denise did [Glanville] dirty,” the insider adds. “Aaron Phypers’ witness list includes people who can deny Denise Richards credibility on telling the truth.”
Phypers, meanwhile, adds in an exclusive statement to Page Six, “Call Brandi Glanville what you like, but she is not a liar!”
Richards has always adamantly denied Glanville’s allegations and claimed when the cheating rumors first started that she was “100% monogamous to [her] husband.”
Page Six has reached out to Glanville’s rep for comment but did not immediately hear back.
Another person who is set to be called as a witness to speak on Richards’ alleged infidelity issues is “Special Forces” star Reyes, whom Phypers claims was another one of his ex’s lovers.
The “Dirty Hands” actor said in an open letter released in July of the alleged tryst, “[Richards] begged me not to leave, saying it was nothing and that she only loved me. Then, she denied it all — even the explicit messages I found. Despite her promise to stop, more lies and shocking evidence emerged.”
Reyes — a former active duty United States Marine who met Richards when she competed on Season 1 of “Special Forces” — has not commented on the allegations and has not returned Page Six’s requests.
Phypers’ attorney states in the latest filing that other names to be called to the witness list are his client’s family members, who can address “all of Denise’s allegations, as well as her violations of court orders, her lack of fear, phone calls, messages, video she sent, violence by her, breaking Aaron’s phone, trespassing in family members’ rooms, Denise’s drug and alcohol use.”
They also plan to call Richards herself and her father, Irv Richards, as witnesses to depose them over the divorce case and her alleged violations of “orders restricting disposal of assets.”
Others mentioned in the witness list are actress Kasia Wolejnio, counselor Wendy Bernacki, a woman named Sara Curtis and Terry Ahern.
Phypers filed for divorce from Richards in July following an explosive fight and is seeking spousal support from the movie star. Denise has accused her estranged husband of abuse, threatening to kill her and giving her a black eye — all allegations which Phypers has denied.
A source tells Page Six in response to those claims, “Denise is employing the same egregious bullying tactics of lies and onslaught of legal maneuvers in attempt to suffocate the truth and overwhelm the respondent into giving up and succumbing to the tyrants’ untrue demands.”
Phypers and Denise tied the knot in 2018 in a beachfront wedding that aired on Bravo.
Page Six has reached out to her rep for comment but did not immediately hear back. However, she once told People via her attorney of Phyper’s claims, “Ms. Richards will not be responding to Mr. Phypers’ false allegations in a public forum, and will be addressing Mr. Phypers’ abuse in Court.”
