Denise Richards’ ex Aaron Phypers arrested in court
Denise Richards’ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, was reportedly arrested in court on Friday.
According to Fox News, the actor was handcuffed inside a Los Angeles courtroom and detained on spousal abuse charges amid his contentious divorce from the “Wild Things” actress.

Officers reportedly returned to the courtroom to get Phypers’ cell phone after escorting him out of the courtroom, with witnesses reporting that he shouted and argued with sheriffs while on an escalator.

Richards was previously granted a temporary restraining order in July, and is currently attempting to make the order permanent.
