On Saturday, the Daily Mail reported that Brown’s complaint against Harbour, 50, contained “pages and pages of accusations.”

“The investigation went on for months,” an insider told the outlet.

The “Hellboy” star, who portrays Brown’s father figure in the horror series, police chief Jim Hopper Jr, allegedly underwent an internal investigation, though the outcome is unclear.

According to the source, Harbour wasn’t accused of sexual impropriety.

Brown, who plays the main character, Eleven, reportedly had a personal rep accompany her on set while filming.

While the co-stars have yet to address the alleged tension, the “Enola Holmes” star subtly hinted at her rumored feud with Harbour in a resurfaced interview from March 2024.

During a chat with MTV, Brown discussed her forthcoming wedding to her now-husband, Jake Bongiovi, which was set for May 2024.

At the time, the interviewer quipped that the actress should host a “Stranger Things” ceremony, and Brown jokingly agreed to mimic her character by shaving her head.

It wasn’t until the journalist mentioned Harbour officiating that the Grammy nominees’ demeanour changed.

“Yes,” she said while squinting her eyes before awkwardly backtracking, “I don’t know how I feel [about that]. Sure.”

Her other co-star, Matthew Modine, who plays Dr. Martin Brenner or Eleven’s “papa,” ended up officiating the nuptials.

Harbour, meanwhile, previously raved over his “special bond” with Brown on the “That Scene with Dan Patrick” podcast in 2021.

At the time, the Marvel star stated that he had “this kind of deep fatherly affection” for Brown because they started working together when she was 12 years old, and the first season of “Stranger Things” premiered in 2016.
