Dad accused of killing girlfriend had sex with another woman just hours before horrific knife attack
A cheating dad allegedly stabbed his girlfriend 18 times, killing her — just hours after he hooked up with another woman for sex, prosecutors revealed at his trial.
Michael Ormandy, 34, is accused of killing 32-year-old Rebekah Campbell in her home in Huyton, just outside of Liverpool, in April, according to The Sun.

She collapsed outside — and heartbreakingly asked first responders, “Am I gonna die?” She was pronounced dead the next day.
Just hours before the brutal murder, Ormandy messaged a woman he’d previously met at a pub and invited her to a hotel, where they had cocktails and sex, the woman testified at Liverpool Crown Court.
“We slept together and had intercourse. He said he was going to see his kids at his mom’s. I left, went home then went to work,” the woman said.
Security footage showed the pair sharing a parting kiss outside of the hotel about 90 minutes after they arrived.
Ormandy then stopped by the pub to say goodbye and later texted her that he had to go to “sort something out,” the woman testified, saying he did not say what it was.
Ormandy returned to the hotel in a taxi about two-and-a-half hours later, footage shows.
The woman said she became “sick” once she saw news of Campbell’s murder, realizing it was the same woman Ormandy had earlier shown her a photo of.
An autopsy revealed she was stabbed 18 times and slashed nine times. Her official cause of death was stabbing to the chest.
Ormandy was arrested and allegedly told police she attacked him with the knife when he walked inside, the Sun reported.
“This wouldn’t have happened if you did your job last week,” he allegedly told police, referring to a domestic dispute between the couple, who’d been together for about four months, just days earlier.
Ormandy allegedly threw a shoe at Campbell at a pub and, later that same night, punched her in the face, knocking her to the ground and leaving her with a black eye.
He has denied killing her as the trial continues.
