“She aspired to graduate high school and start a cosmetology career,” her loved ones wrote.

“She was a very talented singer with the voice of an angel,” her relatives wrote, adding, “She was kind, generous, gentle, and will forever be deeply loved by her family.”

A 17-year-old peer has been charged with murder, with loved ones and friends accusing the suspect of stalking Niotis for months leading up to the crash.

The two families said in a joint statement to Fox 5 that the driver was “plotting this attack” for months.
Because he is currently in juvenile court, his identity has not been officially confirmed.
