The Commanders’ star quarterback is out indefinitely and the decision to keep him in has weighed on Quinn.
“I get that. I’ve been thinking about it nonstop, too, and the answer is, man, I missed it,” the Commanders coach said.

Quinn explained that the far-reaching drive was going to be the last one for several starters, including Daniels.
Quinn explained that there weren’t going to be any plays designed for the quarterback to run and that’s where he said that “I missed it.”
“Of course he could scramble, he’s Jayden,” the coach said. “That’s what he’s special at and that is 100 percent on me.”
Daniels did end up scrambling on the play – to his right – and was hit at the Seahawks’ 4-yard line, which ended up with the QB’s left elbow bent back during the tackle.

The second-year star walked off the field with trainers and his arm in an air cast.
It was far from the only injury to Washington’s already banged-up roster. Marshon Lattimore (torn ACL) and Luke McCaffrey (broken collarbone) suffered what are expected to be season-ending injuries in the loss, per the Washington Post.
The Commanders have dropped four in a row as their season has gone off the rails with a 3-6 record.
They will face the Lions in Week 10 with Marcus Mariota likely starting in Daniels’ place.
