The two, who have been great friends for years, appeared to play a bit of one-on-one, before they got some 3-point shots up.
Both looked good in the edited clip — there wasn’t a single miss from the duo at any point in the footage.
The athleticism from Betts, of course, shouldn’t surprise many. He’s shined at everything he’s tried off the diamond, including bowling, golf and guitar.
As for Paul, he’s clearly staying sharp as he awaits his next basketball destination.
The 40-year-old has been looking for a new squad since he was shockingly sent home from the Clippers on Dec. 3.
At the time of the split, team president of basketball operations Lawrence Frank told ESPN the Clippers would “work with him on the next step of his career” despite the unceremonious divorce, though there hasn’t appeared to be much movement on plans for his future in recent days.
Paul signed a one-year, $3.6 million deal with L.A. earlier this year, and announced in November this season would be his final one.
He played in 16 games for the Clippers prior to the breakup and averaged 2.9 points, 1.8 rebounds and 3.3 assists.
Let’s be honest—no matter how stressful the day gets, a good viral video can instantly lift your mood. Whether it’s a funny pet doing something silly, a heartwarming moment between strangers, or a wild dance challenge, viral videos are what keep the internet fun and alive.
