The Golden Globe winner noted that those watching his “aka Charlie Sheen” documentary last month may have “immediately” thought of anal intercourse when they heard his confession.
“I don’t want to be like, ‘OK, I did this thing, but this and that part of it didn’t happen.’ But it didn’t,” the “Two and a Half Men” alum insisted. “I don’t know that that matters.”
Sheen doubled down on the hookups not being “full-fledged.”
He added, “They say you experiment in college, you know? I never went to college, so maybe that explains it.”
The Emmy nominee spoke to People in September about how “f–king liberating” it felt to speak transparently about “flip[ping] the menu over” in his past.
“A train didn’t come through the side of the restaurant,” he said of making his admissions publicly. “A f–king piano didn’t fall out of the sky. No one ran into the room and shot me.”
Sheen, additionally, set the record straight on “what started” him hooking up with men — his crack addiction.
“That’s where it was born, or sparked,” the “Platoon” star recalled to the outlet. “And in whatever chunks of time that I was off the pipe, [I was] trying to navigate that, trying to come to terms with it.”
Sheen remembered asking himself, “Where did that come from? … Why did that happen?”
Eventually, however, he decided to adopt a “so what?” mentality about the experience since “life goes on.”
He quipped, “Some of it was weird. A lot of it was f–king fun.”
Sheen, who contracted HIV and went public with his diagnosis in 2015, spilled numerous secrets in both his documentary and his memoir, “The Book of Sheen.”
In the latter, the “Red Dawn” star reflected on his virginity loss, his near-decade of celibacy and more.
