This is what makes the Chargers a confounding team. They seemingly have as good a coach/quarterback combination as you can find in the NFL.

All Jim Harbaugh has done is win at every stop along his coaching journey. His worst NFL season was 8-8 with the 49ers. He went to the Super Bowl in San Francisco and won a national championship in college at Michigan.
