Bravo’s Terry and Heather Dubrow sell LA ‘dream house’ for $16.5M

Terry and Heather Dubrow walked away from their Beverly Hills “dream house” — just two years after they bought it.

The reality TV stars of Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Orange County” and “Botched” parted with the hilltop home for $16.5 million on Monday, TMZ reported — after putting it on the market for $25 million in March.

The couple tapped colleagues Josh Flagg of Compass and Josh Altman of Douglas Elliman, both cast members on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles,” to take on the listing.

The deeply discounted deal ended a series of renovation nightmares for the couple.

Heather Dubrow once dubbed the 9,000-square-foot property “The Dubrow dream house,” after shelling out $16.1 million for the secluded spread in 2023.

Reportedly disastrous, multi-million dollar renovation efforts and the discovery of toxic asbestos on site appear to have soured the family on the property, however.

Their homeownership headaches were chronicled in the most recent season of the “Real Housewives of Orange County.”

“First, I thought of this as a failure because I can’t imagine not seeing the project through the end,” Heather Debrow admitted in a recent episode.

“But the more I think about this house, the more I realize how not viable it truly is for our family,” she said.

Despite a streak of bad luck, the newly overhauled home has a lot to recommend itself to the new owner.

The five-bedroom, nine-bathroom residence boasts a massive terrace with panoramic views from the Los Angeles skyline to the Pacific coastline.

The 6.13-acre lot includes a pool, a spa and a full-sized tennis court.

Inside, the secluded sanctuary features dual sweeping staircases, soaring ceilings and modern finishes.

The home got a fresh coat of white paint and new floors before hitting the market in March, according to Bravo.

The listing price fell to $19.99 million before it found finding its new owner, identified by TMZ as a foreign buyer who backed out of a deal for the same property in 2023, before the Dubrows swooped in.

The reunion was made possible after the buyer spotted an Instagram post, and reached out to Flagg.
