Blake Lively’s deposition date revealed in Justin Baldoni legal battle

Blake Lively will soon be put in the hot seat as her legal battle with Justin Baldoni moves one step forward.

The actress will be deposed by the actor-director’s attorneys next Thursday, Page Six can confirm.

The deposition date was revealed as part of a motion requesting a one-week extension to produce documents after attorneys for Lively subpoenaed a pair of publicists employed by Baldoni.

An attorney for the publicists then filed the motion that included an exhibit containing an email with the deposition date, People was first to report.

Reps for the “It Ends With Us” co-stars did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

“I’m gonna ask her questions under penalty of perjury, and she’s gonna have to provide evidence, and she’s gonna have to provide the truth of the stories,” Baldoni’s attorney Bryan Freedman recently told TMZ, adding that he and his team have “all the footage” as well as “the text messages” and “emails.”

“We’re gonna see how consistent her testimony is with the actual facts of what transpired,” he said.

Lively, 37, is suing Baldoni, 41, for allegedly sexually harassing her on the set of their August 2024 movie.

She’s also suing his publicists for allegedly orchestrating a subsequent smear campaign against her.

Baldoni, who has denied the allegations, countersued Lively and her husband, actor Ryan Reynolds, for defamation and extortion.

However, a judge tossed out his suit last month.

Lively and Baldoni are expected to testify when her case is tried in March 2026.
