“When Plaintiff [Chyna] requested that Defendant [Hector] leave the residence, an argument ensued as a direct result of Plaintiff’s refusal to comply,” the docs read.

“During this incident, Plaintiff became hostile and violent toward Defendant, engaging in physical aggression, including choking Defendant, spitting on Defendant, verbally abusing Defendant, and engaging in intimidating conduct,” the filing added.

The docs stated that Chyna’s nanny, Jennifer, and her two kids — King, 13, and Dream, 9 — were “present in the home” during the alleged altercation.

“Plaintiff’s actions caused Defendant to reasonably fear for her personal safety and life. At the time of the incident, Defendant’s minor children were present and asleep in the residence,” the court documents read.

Hector’s lawyer, Kirk Edward Schenck, denied Chyna’s claims.

“We are not surprised [Chyna] is making what, in our opinion, are blatantly false allegations against Mr. Hector as a feeble attempt to deflect attention from her own violence,” Schenck told Us Weekly, which was first to report the news, in a statement.

“Aggressors with no defense for their action often try to ‘blame the victim.’ Quite simply, we believe [Chyna] has no defense for her vicious attack on Mr. Hector while he slept, causing the brutal injuries depicted in the photograph attached to the Complaint in this action,” the lawyer added.

“We have the evidence. We will prove our case and extensive damages. [Chyna], who is attempting to represent herself in this action, should hire a lawyer. She is going to need one.”

Page Six has reached out to Hector and his attorney for comment but did not immediately hear back.

Chyna’s response comes nearly a year and a half after Hector filed a lawsuit, accusing the reality TV star, 37, of physically abusing him while he was sleeping.

The rapper claimed Chyna was prone to violent outbursts when under the influence of alcohol, and repeatedly threatened to kill him during their relationship.

Hector claimed the mom of two hit him with a “vicious attack” while he was sleeping in September 2021, leaving him bloodied and with multiple injuries.
