Beyoncé’s Cécred haircare dropped a new Protection Collection

“It should cost a billion to look this good” — but it doesn’t.

Beyond being a record-shattering singer, entrepreneur and style icon, Beyoncé added beauty mogul to her resumé last year with the launch of her haircare line, Cécred.

And this weekend, the brand dropped its most innovative lineup yet, designed to address the challenges of wearing protective styles and extensions. The five products are all under $50 at Ulta and formulated to detoxify, nourish and add shine to all hair types, as well as extensions, wigs and more.

“Touring with Beyoncé, even back in the Destiny’s Child days, working in my salon, and now in our Cécred salon, I see so much damage related to the take-down of protective styles,” Beyoncé’s mom and Cécred vice chairwoman, Tina Knowles, told Forbes.

Inspired by the songstress’s own struggles with dry scalp and psoriasis, Cécred products encourage scalp health using both botanicals and the proprietary ingredient PhytoFerment, which is made of natural oils meant to nourish and soothe hair and skin.

The line is so popular, products have previously sold out in a matter of minutes — so get shopping while the new items are still in stock!

Cécred Detoxifying Shampoo
Cécred

In need of a reset? The Detoxifying Shampoo banishes oil, dirt and product buildup on natural hair as well as extensions and wigs. The blue-violet formula is designed to prevent brassiness and enhance color, but it’s gentle and hair dye-safe.

Cécred Scalp Refreshing Spray
Cécred

Ideal for those who wear extensions, protective styles and braids, this spray offers a no-wash way to cleanse hair and scalp without a full shampoo — plus, the instantly cool feeling helps deliver relief from itchiness.

With notes of vanilla, cardamom spice, tonka bean and oud, it also lightly perfumes hair.

Cécred Oil Ritual
Cécred

Made with 21 oils, including manuka and peppermint, Oil Ritual can be either heated for a hot treatment or used at room temperature with a wrap for a takedown treat — or any time your hair is in need of softness, strength and shine. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes, with or without heat.

One early review on the brand’s site says, “My hair feels so much better because of it, as far as texture and locking in moisture pre-wash. My hair doesn’t feel dry and brittle.”

Cécred Detangling Spray
Cécred

Add softness and help prevent hair breakage with this Detangling Spray, which can be used pre-shampoo, before a takedown or after washing.

Made with slippery elm, honey and ceramides, the product has the brand’s signature scent.

Cécred Hair & Scalp Balm
Cécred

One balm to solve them all. The Hair & Scalp Balm offers multiple benefits, from taming flyaways to locking in moisture. Use it on dry ends or protective styles for shine and softness.
