Bethenny Frankel blasts Astronomer CEO for Coldplay concert tryst
Bethenny Frankel is calling out Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and his colleague-turned-rumored love interest Kristin Cabot for making the dumb decision to go to a Coldplay concert while engaging in an alleged affair.
“What’s wrong with a Motel 6? Who could you not run into at a Coldplay concert?” the “Real Housewives of New York City” alum rhetorically asked in a TikTok video Thursday in response to the now-viral clip of Byron and Cabot caught canoodling via a jumbotron at the rock band’s Boston show Wednesday.

“Who could you not run into at a Coldplay concert? Your third grade teacher, your gynecologist, your college fraternity brother, your daughter’s cheerleading captain. It’s not like it’s a Metallica concert.”
Frankel, 54, reiterated her point that Coldplay is a “mainstream” band and, therefore, the likelihood of running into people Byron or Cabot knows is very probable there, quipping “‘Dan’ from accounting” and “‘Jane’ from [human resources] is probably there” as well.
“Like, what the f–k were you thinking?” she asked in disbelief before cheekily making a Coldplay song reference. “Dude, Astronomer, the ‘Sky Full of Stars’ that’s for shizzle. What the f–?”
One of Frankel’s followers pointed out that Byron and Cabot appeared to be with “a bunch of coworkers” at the concert, adding, “It seems like the only person who didn’t know was the wife.”
Social media sleuths have discovered that a woman spotted beside Cabot in the viral video bears a resemblance to a woman named Alyssa Stoddard, who works in the chief people officer’s department.
Byron and Cabot have yet to issue a statement on the scandal.
However, their behavior after they were spotted holding hands and hugging via the jumbotron, in which they immediately hid out of view of the camera and appeared completely embarrassed and ashamed, left even Coldplay frontman Chris Martin wondering, “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.”
Byron is married to a woman named Megan Kerrigan Byron, although it’s unknown whether they are separated. However, the wife’s social media activity after the viral video hinted that she was not thrilled.
Eagle-eyed internet users noticed Kerrigan Byron first removed her husband’s last name from her Facebook, and then she deactivated all of her social media accounts.
Although Cabot and Byron are both keeping a low profile as well, a damning report about the businessman has resurfaced, giving further insight into his alleged toxic tendencies at work.
“Multiple former employees said Mr. Byron would lash out against employees who disagreed with him, including threatening to fire them,” reads an exposé about the cybersecurity tech company Cybereason published on the Information, a tech and business outlet, in 2018.
The article also claimed that several staffers quit because of Byron’s bad behavior, which he denied.
Let’s be honest—no matter how stressful the day gets, a good viral video can instantly lift your mood. Whether it’s a funny pet doing something silly, a heartwarming moment between strangers, or a wild dance challenge, viral videos are what keep the internet fun and alive.
