The content creator and Julliard-trained dancer behind Ballerina Farm rose to fame with her polished lifestyle videos documenting her life as a wife and mother of eight.
But while we can’t all grow our food on a 328-acre Utah ranch like the social media phenom, Neeleman and her husband, Daniel, now offer Ballerina Farm-branded protein powder, electrolytes and more — all designed to help followers “see the beauty in being connected to your food from start to finish,” as she tells Page Six Style.
“I don’t think I ever expected it to garner this type of attention,” adds Neeleman, who’s racked up 10.6 million TikTok followers (and counting), in addition to landing on Time’s 100 Creators list.
But while her homemaking videos often involve fairly labor-intensive recipes — from juiced elderberries to sheep’s milk feta — she makes time for self-care, too. Neeleman tells us she starts each day with exercise — “[It] gets me on the right track,” she says — and ends it with skincare and editing videos with her husband.
“Balance in life is a tricky game, but I am super lucky to have Daniel,” says the multitasking star.
“We always support each other, so when one of us is working out, the other is with the kids, and that goes for anything.”
Below, Neeleman shares the essentials that help her get it all done — from her beloved beef tallow-based body lotion to the stand mixer she owns in multiples.

“I have always been a huge fan of Christy Dawn and all their pieces. The Dawn Dress is one I reach for a lot. It’s really comfortable and easy to throw on, but still makes me feel pulled together. I love everything Christy Dawn.”

“Farmer Hydrate is one of our latest launches and one of my favorites. We wanted to create a mineral-rich hydration mix without all the fillers. One thing that’s unique about this product is we included 3 grams of prebiotic fiber in every serving, which is so good for the gut. The formula also has organic fruit, French grey sea salt and other really good simple ingredients. It gives me a boost in the morning, and my kids love it, too!”

“I love Primally Pure’s tallow-based products. Their soothing mist is something I reach for frequently, especially in dry seasons. It calms my skin and keeps it feeling fresh.”

“My KitchenAid mixers (yes, I have two!) are workhorses. I’m using at least one daily; they’re such staples in my kitchen routine.”

“We’ve learned a lot from Five Marys Ranch over the years. They’ve been such a generous resource. Our boys even went to the ranch this summer to work on their riding and roping! They make such great products, and I couldn’t live without their tallow balm. It’s simple and deeply hydrating. It keeps my skin feeling good in the dry Utah climate. I have a simple skincare routine and really value straightforward and effective products.”

“I can’t not include my beloved green AGA; it’s the heart of our home! It keeps our house heated in the winters, bakes bread perfectly and is where we love to gather. You’ll usually find me there and the kids sitting by it for some cozy heat.”
