“The Board of Directors has initiated a formal investigation into this matter and we will have additional details to share very shortly.”

They then reiterated, “Alyssa Stoddard was not at the event and no other employees were in the video. Andy Byron has not put out any statement, reports saying otherwise are all incorrect.”

The official remarks come after Astronomer debunked that a fake statement circulating online was theirs.

The scandal has garnered massive media attention after Byron and Cabot — the company’s chief people officer — were caught embracing at the show at Gillette Stadium near Boston Wednesday.

According to The Post, the pair works together at the data-based company and AI company — which is said to have been valued at $1.2 billion.

“Look at these two,” the band’s frontman Chris Martin, 48, said as the crowd reacted with audible giggles and gasps.

“Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.”

Byron’s wife quickly deleted her Facebook page as the video spread across social media Thursday.

Page Six also confirmed that shortly before shutting down the profile, she removed her surname.

Prior to its disappearance, Megan’s page was inundated with comments on her husband’s alleged infidelity.

Via TikTok, a clip of the incident posted by “Instaagraace” had gone massively viral by Thursday, racking up over 3 million views — and tens of thousands of judgmental comments.

“Oh that’s gonna be one awkward board meeting, if not a couple divorces too,” wrote one person.

“I can’t even clear that mess up,” another said, while a third labeled the video “Karma at its finest.”

“Imagine getting caught by Coldplay,” quipped a fourth, while a fifth remarked, “the cameraman just did the partners of these two a huge service.”

Let’s be honest—no matter how stressful the day gets, a good viral video can instantly lift your mood. Whether it’s a funny pet doing something silly, a heartwarming moment between strangers, or a wild dance challenge, viral videos are what keep the internet fun and alive.
