Christopher, 28, appeared thinner and more muscular than ever in two pics that his older sister, Katherine, 35, shared to Instagram on Monday.

“So much to be thankful for,” she wrote in the caption alongside the carousel of photos of her famous family.

Besides showing off her brother and his impressive weight-loss journey, Katherine also included pics of her parents, her other siblings and her movie star husband, Chris Pratt.

Arnold, 78, and Maria Shriver, 70, welcomed Katherine, Christina, 34, Patrick, 32, and Christopher before separating after 25 years of marriage in May 2011.

Shriver filed for divorce from the “Terminator” star two months after he revealed he fathered a secret son, Baena, 28, in 1997 with the family’s housekeeper, Mildred Baena.

Although Shriver filed for divorce from the “Conan the Barbarian” star in 2011, the pair didn’t finalize their split until December 2021. However, they remain happy co-parents to their adult kids.

Christopher, meanwhile, opened up about his 30-pound weight-loss journey during an interview with People published back in May.

“I started in 2019 when I was living in Australia,” he recalled. “I was on this big trip. I made it a big [deal] like, ‘Oh, I’m going to go out and do all this stuff in Australia,’ and I just saw how much my weight was prohibiting me from doing the everyday activities.”

“I was like, ‘I want to go skydiving.’ And my friends were like, ‘Yeah, no shot. ‘I was like, ‘Yeah, I can’t skydive,’” the “Total Recall” star’s son added.

But Christopher showed off his transformation more recently while out and about with his family at a pumpkin patch in Brentwood, California, back in October.

As for Arnold, he opened up about how he helped his and Shriver’s youngest son with his weight loss journey over the summer.

“I could never go and say to him, ‘You’re overweight,’” the actor-turned-politician told The Times in June. “We just kept introducing healthy foods. We introduced him to the gym and all of that kind of stuff.”

“And then, out of nowhere, he decided that he wanted to be lean,” Arnie added. “And now he is. So that is, of course, fantastic, the self-discipline and the self-motivation. I always felt one day it will have to come from him – and it did.”

Like Christopher, Baena struggled with his weight growing up as well. However, the actor and fitness model has since dedicated his life to working out and eating healthy.

“People sometimes forget that I used to be chubby in high school,” Baena captioned an Instagram post in July. “I got cut from my basketball and soccer team because I couldn’t keep up with the other kids. Swim didn’t have tryouts thankfully and completely changed my life forever.”

“That was my introduction to Fitness and training,” he added. “Everyone starts somewhere but starting is the most important.”
