“Anne brought joy, boldness, and an unwavering ‘yes, and’ spirit. Her enthusiasm was contagious, her presence unforgettable. Our thoughts go out to Anne’s family and loved ones,” a spokesperson for the event center told Page Six.
Burrell was also mourned by several of her former co-workers, including fellow Food Network star Melba Wilson, who told TMZ that her late pal was “healthy and vibrant” before she died.
Chef Shirley Chung, meanwhile, claimed Burrell made plans to “celebrate” her “new life” one week ago.
