Ana Navarro Says She Trusts ChatGPT More Than Robert F. Kennedy Jr: “I Trust Dr. Jekyll More Than I Trust Him”

Ana Navarro took shots at Secretary of Health Robert F. Kennedy Jr. while discussing the recent news that ChatGPT will be launching a new service, ChatGPT Health, to allow users to connect their medical records and wellness apps using artificial intelligence.

The ladies were discussing the news at the top of Friday’s (Jan. 9) broadcast when Joy Behar asked her co-hosts if they would use the service. Navarro didn’t waste any time before responding in no uncertain terms, “I definitely trust ChatGPT much more than I trust Robert F. Kennedy.”

As the audience laughed, she continued, “But then again I trust Dr. Jekyll more than I trust him.”

Navarro’s comment comes just one day after her co-hosts criticized the new federal dietary guidelines Kennedy announced this week. The ladies strongly advised viewers to “stick with” what their doctors recommend instead of following the new guidelines.

Sunny Hostin shared why she will not be following Kennedy’s new guidelines, though she was admittedly “interested” in the new guidelines regarding alcohol consumption.

“He’s the least qualified health secretary we’ve ever had in the history of the United States of America in my view,” she said, earning applause from the audience. “I just can’t listen t o any of the guidelines. I don’t trust them and I hate to say that as someone who worked for the government.”

She then joked, “I will like to say, as someone that likes to indulge in a glass of wine now and then, I was interested in the fact that now it’s a social lubricant, it’s okay for me to have my Belle Glos and it’s okay for me to have my champagne and my rosé.”

Whoopi Goldberg also clapped back at the new guidelines on alcohol consumption, which notably removed the limit of daily alcoholic drinks and instead suggests adults should “consume less alcohol for better overall health.”

Dr. Mehmet Oz, the administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, described alcohol as a “social lubricant that brings people together,” prompting Goldberg to fire back, “So does weed! That’s a lubricant too.”

The View airs on weekdays at 11/10c on ABC.
