The comedian posted a photo of herself and her “lovies” — pals Alex Saks and Jillian Bell — on Saturday while wearing a belted black Miu Miu minidress and open-toed heels.
Amy Sedaris commented, “You look incredible. Look at those pins!!! #miumiu Classy!!”
“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Margaret Joseph also took notice of Schumer’s slimdown, writing, “Ok legs for days!!🔥🔥❤️.”
Lee Daniels, for his part, called Schumer a “skinnnnnnnny mommmmma🔥🔥🔥🔥.”
The “Trainwreck” star first revealed she was taking semaglutide in March.
“Mounjaro’s been great,” Schumer said in an Instagram video at the time, noting that the medicine isn’t covered by insurance unless a patient has diabetes or severe obesity — “which most of the internet think[s] I have,” she joked.
“I’m having a really good experience with it,” the actress added. “And I wanted to keep it real with you about that.”
She went on to describe trying Wegovy three years earlier and being unable to stop puking.
“I couldn’t handle it,” she said. “I don’t know if they’ve changed the formula. Whatever.”
Schumer previously spoke about this on the “Howard Stern Show” in January, crediting the drug with a 30-pound weight loss.
However, she explained, “I have this gene, GDF15, which makes you extremely prone to nausea, which is why I was so sick during my pregnancy.”
Because of her experience with hyperemesis gravidarum while carrying son Gene, Schumer joked that she felt “like a veteran” when Wegovy made her nauseous.
The “Kinda Pregnant” star, who has dealt with a number of health issues over the years, underwent spinal surgery this summer.
“Since my surfing injury back in the day my L5 has been killing me,” she captioned an August Instagram post with a walker. “Today I got a laminectomy! It’s a short recovery and when I’m feeling better I will buy a bra!”
Let’s be honest—no matter how stressful the day gets, a good viral video can instantly lift your mood. Whether it’s a funny pet doing something silly, a heartwarming moment between strangers, or a wild dance challenge, viral videos are what keep the internet fun and alive.
